Synthetic Grease
DESCRIPTION: CIMLUBE FTF 502 is a non-flammable white grease made from a perfluoroalkyl-polyether type oil, with a PTFE thickener and anticorrosion additives.
It stands out due to its total physico-chemical inertness to attack from all types of liquid or gaseous products (other than fluorinated solvents) and thermal radiation.
Also characterized by its compatibility with all the elastomers, seals, plastics and metals commonly used.
APPLICATION:
- Suitable for lubrication of all ball or roller bearings, smooth bearings or couplings exposed to extreme temperatures or aggressive environments that could affect conventional lubricants. It is used mainly for ovens, drying ovens, and drying, stabilization or polymerization tunnels in the glass, textiles, plastic film, paint, chemicals, nuclear, robotics and corrugated cardboard industries
- Suitable for thin film lubrication of sliding electrical contacts or elements used as dielectric agents
