MT CHUCK GREASE
DESCRIPTION: This very long-life grease, made from mineral oil, is able to stand up to aggressive environments such as water vapour, hot or cold water, even salt water, and diluted acids and washing products.
Extremely resistant to high temperatures, loads, and corrosion, and it provides long-term protection from wear. It contains a combination of solid lubricants that provide it with extra backup lubricating properties, especially at maximum rates or loads. It is compatible with all good quality elastomers and seals, except those of the EPDM types.
APPLICATION:
- Suitable for all ball or roller bearings, smooth bearings, or couplings under heavy loads, in the presence of water or cutting liquids, and when there are long periods between re-lubrication sequences
- Recommended for lubrication of machine tool mandrels
